Local / Regional Shipping: 3–7 business days
International Shipping: 7–15 business days

Digital Products
Digital materials (if applicable) are delivered via email or secure download within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
No physical shipping applies to digital products.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on location, package size, and shipping method.
Any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition
Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery
Proof of purchase is required

Damaged items due to customer handling

Digital Products – No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital content:
All digital materials are non-refundable once delivered or accessed
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days
Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Shipping fees are non-refundable
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before shipping
Once shipped, cancellations are not possible
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
